“Ordered Tilley hat at considerable cost, but on a modest sale. Confirmation received, credit card charged, order shipped. Wrong size received (original order checked). No answer or answering machine at given Customer Service number. Email sent, automated response received “We understand sometimes things don't look as expected or fit quite right.” I gave 2 stars because I actually got an answer within 24 hour even if it was non responsive/automated. Two days later I got a full response with a promise of exchange at no extra cost. Replacement received and correct size. I’ve raised my review to five stars and revised my feedback thanks to good and fairly speedy customer service”

“Always a pleasure. They have such a variety of gifts for anyone on your list and especially the kiddos (keep an eye on the kiddos as they do have some breakable items), but my daughters closet stays stocked with the most beautiful clothing items from here. They also have lots of wedding gifts, hostess gifts, gifts for her, gifts for him, local Nolensville gifts, etc. This shop is also locally owned by fellow Nolensvillians and I love supporting this small business!”

“What an adorable boutique and a wide array of clothing and accessories. This boutique combines Hip, Class, and Chic into one amazing combination. Charisse (the owner) assisted me in piecing together an entire ensemble with hat, shirt-jacket, pants and earrings. I purchased additional clothing items I couldn’t live without as well. 😁 In this crazy 2020 of donning a quarantine wardrobe, i.e., fitness attire and pj’s, along with turning 60 I needed a fashion attitude face-lift. Charisse thank you for giving me back my Diva look 😁 This is my new go to shop for certain.
