“I have dealt with doctors and pain clinics for 21 yrs now. Dr Fritz come in and talked to me like a human being that I'am. He understood my pain and all I have been thru. He didn't judge me or look at me like a addict. I explained to him I'm just at that point after going from surgeon after surgeon that Im tired. I just want to be out of pain as much as possible and finish living my life. I do not mind doing nerve blocks or trigger points. But Im so done with surgeons and the let downs. I have faced it in my life that there is nothing no surgeon can do or won't do to fix my neck and back. I'm so pleased that Dr Fritz understood me. He was so sweet and had a since of humor, which makes a patient more relaxed. I have always wanted to find a dr like him. Im so glad I have FINALLY found a understanding dr like Dr Fritz. I had all my recent test which really help. I know my neck and back can't be fixed, my bones are so brittle. And Im not really that old which amazes drs of my condition. I should not be walking at all, but I'am. I want to thank dDr Fritz for understanding my condition, for the 1st visit I was so please with the staff and Dr Fritz. I would recommend him to anyone. He listens and talks to you about your condition. He didn't say will have to do this and that. Only thing he asked was to get a x-ray, then wait for my insurance to cover MRI's. “I have never been to this location as a patient, but I give them five stars for excellent customer experience. I actually came into the office in advertently looking for another doctors office in the building and in the process left my wallet in this office. Declined staff members found my wallet and tracked me down to the floor of the provider that I was looking for directions from them. This speaks volumes about the culture and trust of your staff members at this location. Well I have had poor experiences at other Premier radiology locations in Nashville, this gives me reason to believe that there are still good people out there.”

He consults with other doctors on a weekly basis and even goes outside the group to consult other oncologist. So it’s just not him and what he thinks you got a group of doctors putting their best knowledge together to give you the best treatment possible. He can look in your eyes and redo and tail if you’re not ready for your next chemo treatment. He has an excellent staff that works for him that always has your best interest in mind. Keep in mind you may not like what he is telling you, but he stating the facts. I would highly recommend anyone visiting an oncologist for the first time, to take someone with them that can take notes. Because you will mentally shut down as soon as he starts talking. You think you will not but you DO.”

“Dr Hill and the staff here have always been very helpful to me I got hit by a car last year and I have had severe pain ever since I have a herniated disc and my back and I have a rod and seven screws in my leg they got the reattach my kneecap put my hip back and socket I've had pain ever since they've been nothing but helpful trying to get my pain under control and also have been very helpful on making a plans on surgeries to make my life more fulfilling and better I cannot ask for any more from the doctors here they are the nicest people I have ever met the staff at the front desk are very nice as well I've never had an issue with them”
