“This review is specifically for the wonderful optician named Trish that helped me. I was having trouble with an older pair of glasses and shopping for new ones. She patiently answered many questions I had about getting a new pair, and she also took the time to repair and make my old glasses wearable until I could buy new ones. Thank you Trish.”

“Finally a doctor who listens, asks the right questions and makes a diagnosis, orders the right tests and you're on your way to regaining your health. After being sick for several months and losing too much weight Dr Obstein put me on an eating plan and medication and many tests. Then when I began to feel up to it, he did an endoscopy, colonoscopy and gastric empty. 2 months later I am feeling better and my problem is under control. In my opinion, he is awesome. Very intelligent, friendly and absolutely connects to his patients as he did with me as well as my husband. Thank you Dr. Obstein for making a difference in my life.”

“I've had work done by Dr. Dunn, Poff, and Li over the years. All are great and they have a welcoming and skillful staff to match! Their dental technologies are up to date, but they'll also take the time to make adjustments by hand until you're sure you've got the perfect fit. The last few times Dr. Li has worked on my teeth I've struggled to stay awake because the experience was so easy and painless!”

“This is not sport Jiu-Jitsu. Gi or No-Gi, it doesn't matter. The idea here is to learn practical defense moves that work in a street fight, as well as competition. If it only works in competition, it can be discussed, but it will not be a primary focus. Real-World application is king. Classes are small intentionally so that the instructor can be very hands on and direct in his instruction. Classes usually very cardio heavy from the very start. You might start with practicing proper wrestling movements and then transition into single leg take-downs in order to you get you sweating and to get the blood flowing. From there the class might pair-off, or work in rotations practicing a single move (such as escaping side guard escape one particular way), and then over the course of the class that single move evolves into a more complex set of movements that allows you to gain dominance over your opponent. If you want to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with practical applications to self-defense, and the thought of learning something new that will push you both physically as well as mentally, then give Bad Wolf MMA a call.”
