The room was very clean and the furnishings were comfortable and modern. The bathroom was very clean as well. Nice place to stop, it was a bit pricey at $149+ taxes for the night but if clean is highly valued, you'll be happy to pay that.”

Everyone at the front desk was awesome and they were all very flexible with our group and getting our guests in rooms as fast as possible. “Stay was good. hotel could be updated some but I'm not one to base my stay at somewhere I'm basically using as a place to sleep on whether their wallpaper is modern or if the patterns on the couches look up to date. (we've seen people give 1 or 2 stars because the decor doesn't scream 2020) We stay here for the availability of a microwave, sink, refrigerator and eating area (when we are staying somewhere for more than one day). Staff was VERY friendly. We've used this hotel a lot and will continue to for trips to Nashville.”

“This place is magical. We used it for my brother in law's wedding and it was the perfect place. It's picturesque, with beautiful hardwood forests, and a cold Creek running through it. We all stayed in the main house at the top of the hill and had the wedding at the bottom next to the creek. Here's my breakdown of the experience. Scenery - doesn't get any better. Everything is amazing and it provides the best pictures. The main cabin - this is the only thing you might want to think twice about. It's an absolutely charming old house with a ton of room. But with that old charm and enormous size, comes slight annoyances like a few bugs here and there, and the air conditioner has a hard time keeping it cool in the heat of our Tennessee summers. It was pretty hot inside during the day, but the a/c got it nice and cold at night. The downstairs is amazing too with an nice pool table and ping pong table. The food - This was one of my favorites. Carter made some of the best tasting food I've had. It was gourmet in every sense, from the presentation to the flavor.”

I that when I go in there they call me by name, they do have new employees, but the managers are Terrific as are all the employees. The only thing I do not like is how the changed their point system. “For being right next to the airport, it was amazingly quiet. Room had nice amount of space, pool was indoor and outdoor which makes it pretty cold during the winter months. When we stayed there, the spa was not functioning which we were not informed about and there was nothing saying what was wrong with it. Just some caution tape draped around it. Other then that, wonderful time. Evening snacks and cocktails were a great touch.”
