Tom offered to bring my medication to me because he had a couple of other deliveries he was making to help people out. This man drove to my house and came to my door to bring my medicine to me. “Melissa is our hero! I had to start using a very expensive drug. The $480 per month created a good deal of sticker shock to say the least. Melissa told us of an offer from the pharmaceutical co. that would get the first month for free. As we sat in the parking lot struggling with the web site trying to acquire the coupon, Melissa called from inside the store to let us know she had taken care of it and our prescription was ready and waiting for us! My doctor had also talked to Melissa and commented to us that "we had the nicest pharmacist I've ever talked to". Just one more reason for us to love Publix!”
