“During the latest ice/snow event I ran out of my medicine. I called to get it filled but stated I wouldn’t be able to get it until everything thawed out. Tom offered to bring my medication to me because he had a couple of other deliveries he was making to help people out. This man drove to my house and came to my door to bring my medicine to me. I highly recommend Village Rx. I have nothing but great things to say about them!! I went from a well known chain pharmacy being made to feel as if I bothered them and being treated very rudely, to having this pharmacy texting me to wish me happy birthday and Tom bringing my medication! Melissa told us of an offer from the pharmaceutical co. that would get the first month for free. As we sat in the parking lot struggling with the web site trying to acquire the coupon, Melissa called from inside the store to let us know she had taken care of it and our prescription was ready and waiting for us! My doctor had also talked to Melissa and commented to us that "we had the nicest pharmacist I've ever talked to". Just one more reason for us to love Publix!”
