“We moved from Florida without ever seeing the property or speaking with anyone in person. The original leasing agent who was working with us was very unhelpful. When we called in to find out why our application wasn’t being processed a week and a half after it was submitted the Regional Manager, Carrie, took matters into her hands and got us approved the same day. Since then she has been great at working with us and making sure we were happy. We moved in yesterday and are very happy with our apartment. Morgan Properties took over in September last year according to Carrie and they’re in the process of trying to renovate the units to bring the apartments up to modern design.”

“Caterina was so very knowledgeable and helpful to us. We were quoted approximately $2400 by a local interior decorator for a drapery project we were working on. All we wanted to do was extend our tabbed drapery panels out to 3.75 inches. The decorator told us we needed all new finials. We were able to purchase post adapters/extenders from Pate-Meadows and use our existing knobs for about $350. We had a few technical issues at first but through phone calls and emails, Caterina walked us through them. Very happy we found them!!”

You can tell there trying to “get it right” yards are well maintained, pool is clean, and trash is picked up and work orders are completely on time! **** Just one thing, PLEASE clean the stairs and steps! Trash, cigarettes, and stains and spider webs! It’s so beautiful here and then you get home and up close and see all that! Just a quick pressure washer would fix it ! Look into it !”

The office staff and maintenance have been efficient with any request concerning repairs (which have only been two) and any complaints. The ENTIRE office staff is absolutely amazing. I am always greeted with smiles and warmth. While we all have been affected by this pandemic, the office staff has been understanding, patience and the most helpful. I have enjoyed living in this community and have referred friends to be apart of our community. I would most definitely recommend living here”
