Mr. Ralph is truly a gem - on time, listens to concerns, provides excellent service, and is generally a lovely person. Orkin is lucky to have him and we are grateful for the efficient and professional services!

We moved into our new house here in Texas, although we had Orkin in Minnesota as well .. So when Brian our technician came out he was so wonderful, Explained everything he did and what to expect going forward so glad I chose to go with Orkin again!

I've used Orkin for several years and am always satisfied. Some techs are lazy and do the minimum, but they all will do whatever I ask no matter how long the list, and are always pleasant. My tech today however, was amazing. I believe his name was Jeremy. He was in good time and didn't only spray: he also inspected everything as he went, and called me out a couple times to show me some different areas that needed to be sealed- which is super helpful!! He treated everything, inspected the traps to see what kind of bugs were getting in so we'd know if our current treatment was the best kind and communicated with me the whole time. He made sure my concerns were addressed and really went completely above and beyond in his job!

Love my school going into 7th this year and wouldn't go to any other school than this one
