Throughout, Carlos was incredibly responsive to all of my inquiries and very understanding. Often, he was onsite same or next day with any questions or concerns I had. The installation of the roof was exceptional as well; very well communicated, organized (cleanup especially was the best I had ever seen; no debris or mess around the home once complete). Would absolutely hire Macali Roofing again. Strong recommend.”
