We were expecting some response the next day. Tracy called use in less than 30 minutes. We explained that we were in New Mexico looking to move back to Tennessee since we had retired. Tracy agreed to work with us even though the listings we were interested in were outside her usual territory. When we arranged our trip to Tennessee, she scheduled showings for the houses we were interested as well as several others that met our criteria. When we met Tracy in person we hit it off right away because she actually cared about finding a house we wanted. At each house she carefully pointed out the positives and negatives of each one. She was a pleasure to work with and always put our interests first in spite of having to drive over two hours to meet with us. While the houses we had picked out did not pan out, she found us one that we purchased. She stayed with us throughout the closing process, advocating for us through out the process. Updated 1/1/2022 Called ahead to see if they were open today since it is New Years Day, and was told they were open regular hours today. Drove down from Franklin in the rain to find them closed. “The website was easy to use & I picked my storage unit & paid for it online in just a few minutes! I went to the facility in person the next day & was given a great tour! I was greeted in a friendly manner & all my questions were answered! I purchased a barrel lock, installed it, selected my pass code & was done in under 30 minutes! Very efficient!! Additional: after storing my belongings for 4 months I finally moved into my new home. The storage unit I had was clean, dry, easily accessible, climate controlled, & very secure. I talked several times with Ashleigh at the front desk & she was always friendly, efficient, & helpful! This was a fantastic experience!”
