I have had a few trainers throughout my life and Caleb is the best trainer I have ever worked with hands down. Before our first session, we discussed my goals, fitness history, and health/injury history. I was pretty nervous because I knew I was severely deconditioned and had gained a lot of weight over the last couple of years, but Caleb put me at ease.
You won’t be doing the same workout repeatedly, which is excellent if you are easily bored like me. I also appreciate that Caleb checks in with me mentally and physically before each session, staying flexible if what he had planned isn’t going to work for my body that day due to pain, energy, or just mentally not feeling it.
Most importantly, he can help you get great results! I have worked with Caleb for about three months and have improved my strength, endurance, and body composition. I look forward to working out now because he has made it fun and I enjoy seeing my progress from session to session. He never asks more than I am capable of, yet manages to push me outside my comfort zone. With Caleb’s motivation, encouragement, and personalized approach, I have no doubt I will reach my final goals.

Caleb is so great at what he does! He figures out where you are in your fitness journey and personalizes the workouts to get you to your goals. He ensures you get a full body workout (not just one muscle group) and even offers nutrition help if needed. If that weren’t enough, he works with my hectic schedule as a nurse to ensure I get my workouts in each week. All around great guy and amazing trainer! Can’t believe the difference in myself in only a couple months!
