She was very patient at every appointment and took her time answering any and all questions I had. Her office in Spring Hill is very nice and clean! The down side is she is only in Spring Hill on Mondays, but it worked perfectly for my schedule.”

Having visited so many different facilities, my experience has been that, at best, most facilities are trying to make it through various difficulties due to several reasons. This is the first facility in a very long time that I can say is truly 5 stars 🌟 . While most facilities attempt to appear as if they have all departments performing at their best and working well together, this one has exceeded expectations and the interactions are true. “I stumbled across Souvenir Central when I was exploring Excalibur. Since I wanted to get some souvenirs to bring back to my coworkers, I thought, "Why not?" Went in and purused the keychain options. I was shocked that they were missing the letter J, so I didn't get an initial keychain. Then I considered name keychains, but they didn't have all the names I was looking for. So, I settled for these water pens that have dice and glitter floating around in them when you shake them. The cashier at the front desk was very friendly, and also let me try on a couple of tiaras I was eyeing. Even after I tried them on, and walked away to think on the tiaras so that I wouldn't impulse buy, when I came back and told him I wanted to purchase a tiara after all, he was happy to help me. I got everything I wanted here, quick and easy!”
