“I was immediately motioned into the bay. Mechanic came over & asked what he could do for me. I told him my car needed a service. I asked for the cost & was quoted. He got my vin # & mileage, then I was informed that they were out of the oil that was normally used for my vehicle. He said that they would have it in stock the next day. I could come back the next day. I told him that would be a problem for me. Could we use another oil. I was told we could use 10W30 MaxLife which I agreed to. The mechanic on the top went to put windshield washer fluid in the container & when I realized it, I stopped him, telling him the sprayers had come loose & fallen inside between the hood & the liner. He went above & beyond & tried to reattach the sprayers. When they were finished. I was given the price & they had given me a discount from the online coupon. I have gone to Valvoline stations for years to have my vehicle serviced & I have never been done wrong.”
