Plumbing By Jack

We remodeled (gutted) a 60 year old farmhouse and added two baths along with adding 2000 square feet and completely replumbed the house. First step was connecting sewage for a RV to existing septic for us to live in. We worked with Jack for about 9 months. He was always reliable to be there when promised and many times worked well after dark with flashlight in freezing weather. My husband being a handyman wanna be, would call Jack at all hours and days of the week. Jack would respond within minutes. His work was impeccable. We are planning to build a house from ground up for our son and are asking Jack to do this work as well.

Have put on an addition in my garage.( an apartment for my mother). Today, her toilet backed up. I needed a plumber ASAP. I like doing business from local small business owner, so I contacted Plumbing by Jack. Jack was in Nashville on a job, and told me he would be a couple of hours. He showed up within the 2 hours, and took care of the issue. Jack and his fellow worker was incredible. His price could of been considered an emergency call out due to the hour he arrived. I was charged a very fair price, Jack explained the reason for the back up and how to keep it from happening again. I will definitely use Jack again if needed a plumber. I really don’t understand his ratings and reviews. I can only guess some people can’t be satisfied regardless of the service. Thank You Jack for a job well done.
