Charles was great to work with, very polite and helpful. Crystal in the business office was very fast with the paperwork and very nice to chat with. They are definitely able to make the car-buying process very quick and easy. If you do not have a loan already, they can run your application through a local Credit Union and the approval process was very quick and easy (with approved credit). They also have some very nice cars/trucks on their lot.
