If our family could give the Contractor's Group 10 stars based on the recent project they completed, we would! This is a great company to do business with, they are EXTREMELY detailed, and everyone from the team at the office to the team working on our home was really buttoned up.

We were nervous heading into a major renovation of our home, but they immediately put us at ease. We had a timeline for our project from the start and every deliverable was met. When issues inevitably occurred (such as bad wiring in our older home and a lack of insulation), the communication was very clear and direct and we completed change orders together to update the scope of the project. They also managed their sub-contractors really well along the way.

The really cool thing that sets Contractor's Group apart is that they provide in-house cabinetry orders, as well as in-house design services. This greatly increased the efficiency and accuracy of our project, and I felt reassured having design experts help me along the way.

My bathroom remodel experience with The Contractors Group of Sumner County was incredibly exceptional. The communication, timeline, and pricing were all beyond what I expected. The entire team was respectful of my time, home, and even finished the job ahead of schedule.

This company and the people are wonderful. Small business and family owned is always the way to go. We contacted them about a bathroom remodel. The pricing was reasonable. They came every day in the middle of a snow and ice storm in February when nothing was open and people weren’t going to work. That’s customer service! They answered any questions we had while the process was occurring and when there was a significant amount of water damage found they corrected the issue with not much more added to the final cost. They finished ahead of schedule and had us back in that bathroom quickly. We love our new bathroom. While any renovation is stressful, they made it as easy as can be from start to finish. We knew we were in good hands and will use them again!

I am so very satisfied with the remodel of my kitchen by CGSC,LLC. The work was done as stated per contract and done in a very professional manor. Whenever I had a question and called my call was answered immediately, I could not be more pleased. They were here when they said and left the work area neat every day. First we’d like to thank Jim and Stacy for the time they spent putting together the design for our new kitchen. We’d also like to acknowledge all the hard work put in by Jim’s crew. The design is great, we love the new space! The thorough work put in on the front end is what made this happen as efficiently and quickly as it did. We were given a very detailed timeline of events and when each would occur; kudos to Jim. I hope that pictures of our kitchen will be posted on the Contractors Group site, it’s absolutely beautiful. The job was completed about a week ahead of schedule. We would and will definitely recommend Contractors Group for any home improvement project, (including our next one).
