“Have put on an addition in my garage.( an apartment for my mother). Today, her toilet backed up. I needed a plumber ASAP. I like doing business from local small business owner, so I contacted Plumbing by Jack. Jack was in Nashville on a job, and told me he would be a couple of hours. He showed up within the 2 hours, and took care of the issue. Jack and his fellow worker was incredible. His price could of been considered an emergency call out due to the hour he arrived. I was charged a very fair price, Jack explained the reason for the back up and how to keep it from happening again. I will definitely use Jack again if needed a plumber. I really don’t understand his ratings and reviews. I can only guess some people can’t be satisfied regardless of the service. Thank You Jack for a job well done.”

When the faucet would not come apart because of age and the extremely hard water in Cedar Hill, Eric suggested it would be less expensive to get a new faucet then for him to continue working to get the old one apart. He installed the new faucet and now we have hot water in the kitchen again. Eric is a very good plumber and an honest man. We highly recommend him.”

“Another good experience with Hiller. Had a new hot water heater installed in April 2018, and each year, the heating element has gone out. This time, it was not covered by the warranty, but the technician discovered that the area around the heater wasn't draining properly. He took some extra time to make sure the area would drain and replaced the element and thermostat. He was nice and professional. Took a couple of hours of my morning, but I'm satisfied with the results.”
