“Easy time. I was a little worried after reading their material that I would have to walk on pins and needles when I was there: there was a lot of talk about keeping your money and being kicked out of the program. But when I got there, after the first couple of hours, all of those concerns quickly evaporated. This place is so much better than county jail. You get to keep your phone. They do not have food there, and I was worried there wouldn't be any room for the casserole that I prepared before hand. There was plenty of space for my food: both in the refrigerator and for dry stock. Saturday, the day I thought would be grueling and was dreading, wasn't that bad. We had lunch and dinner breaks which were an hour each (lunch was Subway and decent; dinner was Jett's Pizza which I skipped for my casserole) with plenty of 10 to 20 minute breaks to chop up the Saturday class. We even finished class a little early. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. I had a blister that I got from cooking (before I got there) split open and start to get infected. I asked for some triple antibiotic ointment and band-aids and was provided with them promptly. Although I never want to return to this place, my experience there was not unpleasant.”

Was quick in responding, either via phone text or email. She walked me through the sale, so when we arrived in Tennessee we just signed some papers all was set. Al in service came out and addressed all of our questions, did a complete walk through made sure we comfortable with hooking up, setting up, winterizing and all the little gadgets.Daniel in the Business office answered all of our questions was extremely helpful.
