“So today I had the pleasure of meeting Brian (Man Cave Men's Haircuts). I moved to Murfreesboro a little over two years ago and have tried various barber shops with little to no success of receiving the hair cut that I wanted. I won't spend time putting those other shops down, just wanted to thank Brian for a job well done. He's a very pleasant individual to meet with, talkative, and respectful. All qualities one should have when working with someone's hair. He even went as far as to recommend that the next time I come in that we go "triple zero" to get back to the military style cut I'm used to. Oh BTW, military friendly! The shop is decked out to the core! If you walk in not fully understanding Brian's stance on life, you'll learn very fast. I for one am aligned to him thoughts and found it very refreshing. Next time I'll probably go for the triple zero and some goat-tee work.”

“We only use this company for about 2 weeks. Due to the rapid decline of my mother. So, I am sure we did not get to experience all the company has to offer. What we did experience was compassion, understanding, availability from 2pm to 2am of someone available to come when needed. My mom took a drastic decline about 2am and when they say call whenever the REALLY mean it. The Nurse was there very quickly to not only help with my mom's needs but to explain things to my step dad to help him understand and prepare for the harder days to come. 5 stars doesn't feel like it's enough! I would honestly give them a 10 if it would let me!”

I’ve taken a class with every teacher, everyone has a little bit of a different style which I love! This is my favorite workout hands down. Great for lengthening your muscles & incorporating stretching in each class. Great for joints as it is low impact. They play great music to keep us going. All you need to bring is yourself, a good attitude, & a bottle of water! And the owner, Stephanie, is the sweetest! You can tell she cares about her clients.
