“The new manager Brandi will help you figure out the best way to get your hair looking the way you want. She took her time to listen about the difficulties I was experiencing and then explained what to use and how to use it step by step to successfully replicate the look by myself at home the same way she did. After I purchased the products she recommended for me( 3 items yikes!) I went home and followed her steps. I was so seriously impressed! Not only did it work and looked just the same but it lasted 3 days! wow! Plus she wrote everything down for me, so I could remember exactly how to do it. That in itself was very helpful to be able to read as I did my hair. Her advice hands down has been the best educational experience I've ever had with any stylist EVER! If you are struggling with your hair in any way, please do yourself a favor and ask Brandi to help you solve your hair troubles! I was hesitant to spend so much on products but I'm telling you purchase the products. It only takes a very small amount and my hair always stays smelling so fresh for days! Ask if she will write down the steps she will be glad to! You will not be disappointed!”

“2/21/2022 - They definitely got some new staff because since moving to Regal Inn, I haven't had much problem with this location. Staff and service has been very good lately. Old review from 1/29/2021 - Manager was rude and condescending when I asked a question about whether or not the coupon reader was working on the counter because the front desk had a note that said “Cash Only”. I considered getting something else after eating my sandwich and small fries while waiting for a bus because I had to wait longer due to the Rover Bus having technical issues. Needless to say I left after her attitude trying to make me seem like the rude one.”
