“My husband and I were on our way to Disney from Chicago when our car started making noise and vibrating really bad when we would drive over 60mph. I looked it up, and it seemed like our tires needed to be balanced. We happened to be staying in the area and decided in the morning before we left to continue our journey that we should just take the car in somewhere now and get it over with. We called that morning at about 7:45am and they squeezed us in asap at 8am. By 8:15am our car was already lifted and being inspected. We had our tires rotated and balanced and we were back on the road by 9am. They were kind enough to let us know of some very minor issues with our car but didn't push to have anything worked on. When we hit the road, it was smooth sailing from there!! We couldn't be more happy with the quick service and care we received in a desperate time of need.
