There was one time I waited awhile before being seen (with an appointment) Dr. Reed came out to the front herself and took care of it immediately. Every person that had seen me and taken care of me has been kind and very professional. Yes she is busy taking care of VA patients but that’s fine with me. Her NP and other staff members have been nothing but patient, caring and understanding with any concerns I’ve had. When I went through my divorce and lost of a child, Dr. Reed checked in on me, I felt the genuine love and care she gave me.”
