We both needed some work done and Dr. Phil has been great at getting us all fixed up. Michelle, the Lead Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, is always so proficient and attentive to the details of her tasks, as well as to my personal comfort level. During my last visit, while cleaning my teeth, Jessica who is a Registered Dental Hygienist, was so pleasant and cleaned my teeth so flawlessly. And then there was Ellie, their Registered Dental Assistant, who made me feel very comfortable while polishing my teeth. Her technique is magnificent. She has such a gentle approach and did a great job. I really appreciate the staff at Smith Dental from the Reception Team all the way to Dr. Smith himself, who has always been kind and available to us if we had any questions or concerns. The X-ray tech and doctor on duty were also amazing, shout out to them (Adrian and Richard and all others behind the scenes 😊) We were in and out in about an hour and the service was exemplary.
