Smyrna Parks & Recreation Department

Address: 100 Sam Ridley Pkwy E, Smyrna, TN 37167, USA

Park Local government office

“I went to the Smyrna Kids Safety Day. They had the new play area/museum (don't remember the name), open to the public and the new pool area. The entire place was spectacular! It was good fun for several hours. They have a padded style room for the kids to play in. You have to be a certain age to go up to the top and wear closed toed shoes, but it was pretty cool. I will definitely be going back for my daughter to go to the top. Plus the pool area had an awesome splash pad playground for the kids. It has giant water slides and a pool. There was a discovery room inside for the kids to learn about wildlife and nature. There were several interactive activities to do inside as well. Besides just that, the playground in this park is gigantic. Literally the biggest playground I've ever been to. They have several platforms for multiple ages. There's also a splash pad in Smyrna that is great as well. I think Smyrna is exceeding expecations and going above and beyond to make this a wonderful city! It is truly great to be a parent in this city.”

Smyrna Outdoor Adventure Center

Address: 100 Sam Ridley Pkwy E, Smyrna, TN 37167, USA

“A fun, welcoming, and diverse area for kids of all ages. The Smyrna Outdoor Adventure has so many entertaining and educational activities - art, games, dinosaurs, climbing, soft play. Even walking in, kids can play on various music making chimes and bells. The highlight of our visit was the soft play and climbing area. The staff are friendly, safety-conscious, and attentive. Currently, the play areas are closed for 10 minutes, every hour to be thoroughly cleaned. There is a cool looking pool area with a giant pool, slides, and a splash pad that we will definitely try out once it warms up.”

Lee Victory Recreation Park

“This is a wonderful park. They have 2 full playgrounds. One of them is able to accommodate players of all ages. I was able to play with my kids and never felt unsafe as a full grown adult. They have 6 tennis courts that me and my son checked out. My only wish was that I could find a court with a solid wall to practice on my own as well”
