“We went there for the BOGO crepes they have going on right now. They were wet, not crisp how my husband or I are used to crepes being. They flavor profiles are PHENOMENAL THOUGH. I chose the blueberry and lemon (they were flat but delicious). The cinnamon buns tasted exactly how they should, but the cinnamon helped with the major amount of sugar you intake by eating it. If you can handle the cinnamon, go for the Cinnamon Bun Crepes. Overall, it was a pretty great experience, and our waiter went above and beyond with his service level. I wish all waiters were as efficient while nothing bothering you too much. 👍”

“SO GOOD!!! Best Chicken in TN!! It’s even better than my favorite hot chicken spot in Memphis. Seriously, best spot around. I had 4 tenders and they were HUGE! And so very delicious. My wife got the chicken sandwich which was also very big, but it was so good she scarfed down the whole thing, I honestly couldn’t believe it. Our meals were fantastic, the menu looked great, we can’t wait to come back for more and try the specials on Wednesdays. Also, the staff was very kind and added to the pleasant visit we had. Two thumbs up. 10 out of 10. Plan on coming back at least once a week for the rest of my life.”

Upon entering it was clear they were understaffed, but the team they had was trying their hardest, and my waiter was with is fast. She provided excellent service the whole time, and got my order in very fast. The food did take a while, but it smelled amazing when it arrived, and tasted equally as good, and was certainly worth the wait. The pricing here is pretty good too for what is served, as are the portions. I'll definitely be returning here, and if you have time to spare definitely check this place out!”

“Absolutely delicious! My colleagues and I eat lunch at the Smyrna Cafe when we have the chance. The food is always so delicious, I seriously haven’t had anything that I don’t like from there. The owners are so nice and personable and come out to speak to us every time we visit. The food is made fresh to order every time. The mashed potatoes literally give me goosebumps at first bite. This is true “comfort” food. Highly recommend!”

The food didn’t take long to come out either. We got there like 45 min before they closed (close at 6 on Sunday), but the food still tasted fresh & hot. Not like it had been sitting all day. “My buddies and I had a really fun time here. We had stayed here til it was really late. The laser tag was just epic. Maybe some AC would be helpful, because we were hot. Maybe, that's the point. Anyways, that was fun. I ordered hot wings and they were so good. The servers were all awesome and pretty funny. They handed all 12 of us men very well. Of course, the arcade was fun. “My new favorite BBQ restaurant in the area. Friendly and helpful staff, decent prices, large but manageable menu, and amazing tasting food! Everything tastes fresh and right out/off of the grill, smoker, stove... Very fast to get your order and they don't screw you over with small portions either! Everything tastes superb, but I recommend their smoked turkey sandwich and a side of onion rings. Will keep on coming dow. To the Slick Pig!”
