“This is the kind of dr you have to find a reason to go and see lol, hes really that good. I enjoy every visit and every chat we have. Hes not an in and out dr. He sits and listens to you and has conversations and even shares stories. He's changed our life and actually given me hope in many aspects of our life. Hes an amazing dr... the best I've ever seen. UPDATE: 10/17/2020 Now many years later, still the best physician I've ever had. Super smart and all around down to earth and non judgemental. A pure heart and loving man. Every visit feels like you've hung out with a friend to answer questions and address health concerns. He's very thorough and yet it still feels like hanging out visiting with a friend lol. The longer we have been with him the more attached we are to him on not just a professional level, but a personal level. I can confide in him and tell him anything without feeling like he looks down on me or thinks he's better than me. “Literally GREATEST group of people!! I had my son with another group from the time he was born up until about a year/year an a half ago an I felt so ignored. The staff was always so miserable and rude. They made me feel horrible for asking questions about my sons health and even worse when he was sick an I was asking for help. A friend of mine referred me to UPMC CCP here on 51 by Old Clariton Rd. and I am BEYOND grateful he did! This office is exceptional! They are always polite and kind, they never once made me feel unseen or unheard when it comes to my child, and I have anxiety myself and tend to be overbearing at times and NEVER ONCE did they get an attitude with me or make me feel stupid. Anytime I’ve been anxious whomever I was talking to actually took time to talk to me and calm me down. To help get me my barring back. That’s not their job, they could have told me call back when I calm down, but that little extra time they took to help “settle” me down spoke volumes for the kind of people they are. They are constantly reassuring and they really do whatever it is they say they are going to do to help you. One day I think I called seriously like 10x myself an that’s not including my husband and they still NEVER dismissed either of us an continued to go above and beyond to help us get the answers and help we needed for our child. My son tends to be a little shy, but the staff here has been so amazing with him that he actually looks forward to going to the doctors! Doesn’t even mind the shots! He LOVES everyone he’s had the pleasure of coming in contact with! They talk to him and ask him questions about how he’s doing and feeling and he loves that! Makes him feel seen. Last office couldn’t even remember his name. Also, the office itself is always so clean and the paintings all over the place are magical for the kid!. I’ve seen that place packed with patents and numerous babies an kiddos from NB to tweens and not once did anyone huff and puff or get rude with anyone or loose their cool. Everything went so smooth for everyone there. Or at least, they do an amazing job making it look like it’s moving very smooth. The people with appointments are seen on time or no later than like 5 minutes of the schedule time and the walk in hours provided every morning is a blessing! They manage to get everyone seen within a reasonable time that they didn’t even plan on being there which blows my mind. I’ve never been to an office like that. I mean, I’ve waited HOURS to be seen at other places and as a walk in I don’t think I ever been there longer than 2 hours. An that’s from time walking in and out. All together! I can’t say enough goodness about this practice and all the staff! . I could probably go on for hours about how much I love them! If you have kids or are expecting, this is DEFINITELY where you wanna be! ”
