“Ken is AWESOME! I remodeled my bathroom using Miracle Method on the tiles/tub and Ken guided me throughout that process, helped me install a new toilet, shower head, bathroom mirror and light fixture- all perfectly done. He also did a fantastic job stripping years of old paint and prepping the walls to receive new paint. I had issues with my old paint bubbling (no exhaust fan in bathroom due to living in an old building)... he stripped it all and the new paint has not bubbled up once! Also, a great paint trim job as well. He also helped me fix a few door knobs around my condo that he just noticed to be off. So grateful for his keen eye and attention to detail! Lucky to know Ken and would definitely hire him again. Thanks Flip Construction! Still loving my renovated bathroom over a year later!”

“This Store had really gone down hill over the last year or two. That being said, they have REALLY turned things around this year. They have the most helpful and friendliest cashier I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I think she only works on the weekend and her name is Natasha. She was a high school math teacher for 10 years, has been married for over 30 years and has two children and 3 grandchildren. I learned all this just by watching and hearing her help Customers find things and run the cash register and I have only been there two times. Both times, she was ALL OVER that store, helping customers, hugging customers (both times, i saw at least 3 customers hug her when they came in) and then running the cashier. In fact, on both of my visits, she was the only employee I saw in the entire store. She was stocking shelves the last time when I first walked in. I know I have made this store review all about this one cashier, but she impresses me that much. Oh, I almost left this part out... the first time I went there, when she was working, the reason I first noticed her was because a customer brought in a potted rose bush as a gift. I have never seen anything like that!”

“Need to thank the officers on duty last night publicly and apologize to one in particular, I was having trouble getting in touch with my teenage daughter last night we had a disagreement on how she is supposed to act and tried for hours to reach her with no success, and knowing these boys have bigger problems I reached out to them for help and the officer that picked up was not giving the answer I wanted he was giving the answer he was supposed to and I didn’t want to hear that and ashamed to say I lost my temper but he never wavered from his duty or his composure, and to you sir I apologize. Needless to say the boys went above and beyond to ease my worries they were professional all the way around and truth be told they should have reached through the phone and strangled me …, they physically got in touch with my daughter for me who was safe from any harm and made a phone call to me the guy who was acting like a crazy person to let me know she’s fine ….
