“Need to thank the officers on duty last night publicly and apologize to one in particular, I was having trouble getting in touch with my teenage daughter last night we had a disagreement on how she is supposed to act and tried for hours to reach her with no success, and knowing these boys have bigger problems I reached out to them for help and the officer that picked up was not giving the answer I wanted he was giving the answer he was supposed to and I didn’t want to hear that and ashamed to say I lost my temper but he never wavered from his duty or his composure, and to you sir I apologize. Needless to say the boys went above and beyond to ease my worries they were professional all the way around and truth be told they should have reached through the phone and strangled me …, they physically got in touch with my daughter for me who was safe from any harm and made a phone call to me the guy who was acting like a crazy person to let me know she’s fine …. I've been to other practice spaces and recording studios in and around the Nashville area, but this is the only one I've found so far that feels like home. Most other places are all about get them in, get them out, get the paycheck. The difference here, it's about quality of work over quantity of customers. Now the place has been set up for live streaming which is a huuuuuuuuge plus. Easy going and easy to work with. Not to mention the skill involved. You need guitar parts in your song but don't play? “As an addendum, I jad a flat tire on my bike so i bought a pump, the tub burst as i was pumping it to 40psi. So i go back in and bought a another tube, and a repair kit. I went and started to take the rear wheel off and immediately started rounding off the bolt. Since I was close to the auto center, I asked the tech if i could borrow a couple wrentches. Not only did he let me use his tools, he helped change the tube. That tube also burst and we determined I also needed a tire. So I went back in, got another tube and tire. He had to go help other customers but always came back to me when i needed an extra set of hands. So, for customer service, I give these folks a AAA+++ and patients while dealing with an old man, who hadn't changed a bike tire in over 40 years I'd also give a AAA+++ rating. Thank you so much.”

“Nothing special about this customer, easy in and easy out. Unloading time was about an hour. When backing into dock the customer wants the driver to completely disconnect from the trailer and chock trailer tires. Also there are no vending machines or public bathrooms but there is a pilot next door. Space is a bit limited so keep that in mind when showing up for appts.”
