“SO impressed and HIGHLY recommend!!! My vehicle was involved in an accident that destroyed the entire passenger side from front to back. It was a mess. The shop got me in to take a look promptly and described the steps that would be taken. First off- they wanted to order all the parts so they'd be ready for when I dropped my car off. (Genius) Once they got an ETA on parts(only a day or 2) we made a drop off appointment and they provided me the closest Enterprise rental location that met me at shop drop off appointment which made for an easy transition. Throughout the repair Caliber communicated with me often with texts and calls. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner and I was notified when it was finished. When I got to Caliber i couldn’t believe my eyes. Looked like nothing ever happened to my Cadillac Escalade! From beginning to end my experience with Caliber was delightful.
