Not only are they knowledgeable about what they're doing, they are friendly and welcoming. They take the time to not only get know your injuries but you as a person as well. I loved my experience here. I have to shout out to the orthopedic side as well. When I busted my knee recently, they saw me promptly even though I didn't have an appointment. I have a follow appointment soon and of course I'm scheduled for PT with them again. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“2/21/2022 - They definitely got some new staff because since moving to Regal Inn, I haven't had much problem with this location. Staff and service has been very good lately. Old review from 1/29/2021 - Manager was rude and condescending when I asked a question about whether or not the coupon reader was working on the counter because the front desk had a note that said “Cash Only”. I considered getting something else after eating my sandwich and small fries while waiting for a bus because I had to wait longer due to the Rover Bus having technical issues. Needless to say I left after her attitude trying to make me seem like the rude one.”
