(May 21, 2023, 4:35 pm)Took my 5 year old in today thinking he may have strep. The staff was very kind and explained everything to him. They were able to confirm the strep and got him smiling and laughing. He was even given some extra tickles at the end. We will definitely be back.

(May 12, 2023, 9:46 am)I’ll never go anywhere else. The RN, NP, and Doc had the best bedside manner of anyone I’ve seen since moving to Memphis. They were prompt, communicative, answered all my questions, and personable. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else for urgent care visits!

(January 24, 2023, 9:08 pm)I filled out my papers online in about 5-10 minutes at 7am. I walked in around 7:45. Was takin back about 15 minutes later. Was seen by the NP, got a much needed sinus cocktail shot and was about by 8:30. The facility is clean, desk staff is friendly and efficient, as is the entire staff. I highly recommend & hope it can always stay this wonderful of a place!

(January 8, 2023, 8:56 am)Pleasant experience as always. Very fast service. My husband and I was allowed to conduct a visit together by being in the same room since our symptoms were similar. We didn’t want to take over another room if we could help it so others could be seen. It was a fun experience despite the pain we were in. They did thorough checks to ensure they didn’t miss anything and asked critical questions. I know they’ve been overworked due to the rise of COVID, Flu, and RSV, but to see them smile and laugh just can little bit made our day. Keep up the great work, ladies and gentlemen!!
