“I couldn’t give higher praise for a shipper. Check in is beside door 14. Overnight parking was not a problem. Got loaded as soon as they started at 0700; well before my appointment. Everyone was friendly. Even as I was standing in the “cage”, everyone that went past asked if I had been helped yet. The one negative aspect is the lack of restrooms; not even a portable-potty. Take note: The door assignments that they give pertain to the numbers on the DOOR. Disregard the numbers high up on the building. And yes, I know from experience that this can cause confusion 🤦♂️.”

The wings are cooked to perfection and you have got try their famous Honey Gold wings! When I visited the owner was there and told me that they were usually closed on Sundays but she said give me 30 minutes. In that time she summoned her staff and took my order… ON A DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED!! Now that’s customer service!! Crumpy’s will be one of the first establishments that I visit every time I come to Memphis! You should do the same!!!”
