I couldn’t give higher praise for a shipper. Check in is beside door 14. Overnight parking was not a problem. Got loaded as soon as they started at 0700; well before my appointment. Everyone was friendly. Even as I was standing in the “cage”, everyone that went past asked if I had been helped yet. The one negative aspect is the lack of restrooms; not even a portable-potty.

Take note: The door assignments that they give pertain to the numbers on the DOOR. Disregard the numbers high up on the building. And yes, I know from experience that this can cause confusion 🤦‍♂️.

The woman that loaded my truck is what I wish I could get from every shipper loading and unloading. She made my job that much easier that day. She needs a $20 raise!!!

Appointment at 14.30 arrived at 0700am in door at 0718am left at 0815am they will ask when is ur appointment just tell the truth overnight parking available no rest room looks to be a pretty safe area out pass the airport

this company stays open late ( midnight) shipping stops at 9pm.
my appointment was for 2pm 8/17/22 but they started loading me around 9am .
no restroom for truckers! that's why 4star

I got here 4 hours before my appointment and they loaded me fast,,, overnight parking ok
