“I couldn’t give higher praise for a shipper. Check in is beside door 14. Overnight parking was not a problem. Got loaded as soon as they started at 0700; well before my appointment. Everyone was friendly. Even as I was standing in the “cage”, everyone that went past asked if I had been helped yet. The one negative aspect is the lack of restrooms; not even a portable-potty. Take note: The door assignments that they give pertain to the numbers on the DOOR. Disregard the numbers high up on the building. And yes, I know from experience that this can cause confusion 🤦♂️.”

She spent 3 days fighting with the first adjuster on my warranty claim to make sure I was getting the right part and coverage. Work was done quickly and they had my truck back to me ahead of schedule. When I picked up the truck, the owner himself came out and went over everything that had been done in detail (again). In spite of the price being twice the DIY price we ended up thinking it would probably be worth the headache and potential disaster to hire it. McKenzie & Pair was the less expensive by just a few dollars. They told us 2-3 weeks lead time but it ended up only being ten days. The installers were super professional and the door is beautiful.
