Bought my 13 Mustang GT here in august of 22, easy process and i forgot the guys name but he got me in and out within an hour. I traveled from alabama to buy this car and he made sure any questions/concerns i had were answered before hand. If i had another dream car pop up here i would definitely reach out and do business again! I must also add this vehicle did have damage, which was very clearly shown and also discussed with me. I knew what i wanted however and had plans on replacing the affected area originally with aftermarket parts. He also made me aware of airbag deployment and it being fixed. I will say the answers were short but they were still honest. He helped me get on my way as fast as i could!
I bought a car (2014 Kia Forte ) from them recently and so far its a good car . It was affordable and everything works well . The customer service experience needs to be improved. I am however very happy with my purchase . Edit 1/4/2020
I bought a second car from them . A 2015 Nissan Altima on March 21 2019 , The title took about 3 months to arrive .This was a major inconvenience . However the cars I bought drive well and have no significant issues . Had to do all the brakes, fill up the AC and buy a new battery soon after I bought the car . But the price was fair so I have no complains. Overall the customer service has to be improved.
