Reasonable sign in process and reasonable waiting.
Sandra the nurse very friendly, polite, and respectful!
Dr Pelz was very friendly and thorough and covered all my issues and questions.
My lab stick was very benign. April was as always a joy to see.
Office staff Allana and Brianna were courteous and helpful!

I must also highlight his wonderful nurse, Sandra. She is a true gem—always kind, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. She consistently asks about my family, checks in about my health between visits, and brings a warmth to the office that makes it feel more like visiting a friend than a clinic. Sandra’s attention to detail and her caring manner are unmatched.

I often tell others about Dr. Pelz and Sandra because I truly feel like I’m being treated by family. They are a rare and trusted team, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
