Tried to get my daughter's car repaired at a local shop, a little closer to home. Repeatedly was told they were behind some 50-60 cars ahead of mine. After a few weeks I called Cortney at the Arlington, TN location. I had used them previously with damage on another vehicle that was processed through the other persons insurance. After talking with her I phoned my insurance company and they gladly sent over the work order. I had it dropped off the next day and even with the Christmas Holiday the car was still done aprox. within a week! You can't beat their speed of repair and customer service is impeccable.
