“My first visit. I walked in on a Friday morning and was greeted warmly by 3 people immediately. I asked to speak with someone. A gentleman named Tommy sat with me. We prayed and he invited me to help in a community outreach program the following day. I brought my teenage son and once again was greeted by a wonderful couple who quickly welcomed us. I have never felt anything like this. I have never experienced such warmth. Acceptance. Everyone we came into contact with made our light a little brighter. He is very thorough and efficient with his patients. He listens to his patients and has good bedside manor. I've had a few doctors in my life that were very bad at that. “My aunt has been here since the first week of Jan. The staff are nice and they all speak and greet me nicely. My aunt is comfortable and well taken care of. I appreciate that they dont do bed baths but have an actual shower, even for the bed ridden residents. The nurses and aides who Ive encountered all seem to enjoy their line of work and they speak kindly to my aunt when working with her. The therapist visit my aunt weekly and work with her on different activities- my aunt doesn't always want to- but they make sure that she at least tries to get some movement in. I appreciate them. This place is heaven in comparison to what we have had to deal with in the past. Thank you.”

“i went here as a 16 year old. i was a very bad kid at the time and they treated me for my issues with anger. i was there for 8 months only. really military strict you can escape but u cant really .staff members come and go you gotta be able to handle teens boys they are tricky maniplative, con artist and they will attack each other even a staff member depending on the situation so u have to be trained and prepared. i feel like the place did help me because i actualy hadnt been jailed since and im now 28 so it depends it just made me look at life like hey this is the last chance no more kiddy jail after this so i knew i would be grown and next time i went to jail it be in the adult jail so i change my life and got it together. i never been to another facility but this is like a boot camp for bad boys. some boys i went there with are dead or in jail i have only seen a couple of the people i was in there with to todays date i actually kept up with some of my peers thru social media news etc”
