They communicated with me, but at some points there wasn’t clear communication. When I reported my grievances to them the handled it amazingly. My blanket came back to my amazing and even had some surprises in the stitching to me. I would definitely recommend them to everyone

Jennifer at Night Owl does an amazing job with these quilts! Do yourself a favor and gather up all the special T-Shirts (sports jerseys and other special items!) and she'll make the most wonderful quilt for graduation or other special occasions. So unique and memorable! I'm such a sentimental person and it's really the best way to commemorate big milestones. I am so happy with the quality and amazing service - easy to work with! It's the "go to gift" for sure!

Jennifer has been wonderful to work with! I am so excited to have someone local make my quilt instead of having to ship them off to somewhere advertised in the back of a magazine!! She is so creative with her placement instead of the standard blocked shirts I've seen on websites.
