Dr. Koester and her team are fantastic. Very personal and thorough. Would highly recommend all of their services.
I have been coming to see Dr. Koester for several years. She and her staff are the best! If not for them I'd probably be blind by now. The are very good at making you feel like part of the Advance Eye Care family. They treat you professionally and with respect. Everyone from those that greet you when you come in, to all the staff that carry you through each process, including making sure you look great in your frames. Dr. Medley and her staff are amazing. They are kind and considerate and always available to help. I have been "seeing" Dr. Medley for almost 11 years. My 11 and 10 year old and husband all see Dr. Medley as well.
Had my first visit with Advanced Eye Care & they completely made my day! The doctor i saw clearly explained everything that was going on with my eyes and took the time to understand my concerns. Very personable people. Clean office and very well organized - they even tightened my earpieces on my glasses just bc! I will be back, makes me look forward to going to the eye doctor!
Office staff and technicians are always friendly and get you processed back to see the Doctor very quickly. Dr. Koester is thorough and takes the time to explain everything she is doing and answers all my questions. Five Star Organization all around
