I had broken my finger in a freak split of a second accident with a dog leash. The receptionist fitted me in within an hour- I arrived earlier just to be safe and I was seen right away. Dr. Dlabach is absolutely amazing. He was realistic suggesting I may need surgery, but we could try a hard cast first. The bone was split through diagonally and was a bad break.

The nurse who did my hard cast did the best possible job as could be.

I left with knowing the prospects of what may need to be done and was given an appointment in 5 days. All of this within two hours of first calling Ortho One to inquire about making an apt. The wait times are short and the care is exceptional. Everyone made sure to ask if I had any questions before I left. Dr. Dlabach never rushes through patients.

I arrived for the next appointment and already knew I would need to have pins put in the bone. Dr. Dlabach was able to fit me into surgery the very next day. There aren’t words to convey how appreciative I am to him and his staff. I was terrified of surgery but he was as reassuring as can be. Everything went smoothly and far exceeded any expectations I had. The stitches and incision were incredibly precise and straight. A month out and my hand is almost completely back to normal with 0 pain.

Everyone from the front staff, nurses, techs, assistants to Dr. Dlabach could not have had better bed side manner. Everyone genuinely seems happy to be there, professional, laid back, spends time with you, knowledgeable and as sweet as can be. This office is truly one in a million. I know a broken finger is nothing compared to most ortho cases, but I would trust this office with my life. I have never been so impressed by a practice. I’ll forever appreciate the care I received. If you can go anywhere, go here. You won’t regret it! I will always choose Ortho One for future ortho needs.

They are great. Best staff and doctor experience I have had in many years! I highly recommend Dr Dlabach. He is listed as one of America's top doctors. I appreciate his conservative approach to my care. I never feel rushed and always feel my concerns were addressed. The staff is friendly and efficient. I expected a long wait but have never had it happen.

Dr. Dlabach was very knowledgeable and explained the information in a way that was easy to understand, he was timely, attentive, patient and thorough. The office was very homey and did not have a hospital feel to it. I will definitely be going back if I need further podiatry care. Highly recommended.
