A home inspector friend recommended My Town Roofing, and I am SO glad he did! From the beginning, the company has been quick and responsive to our questions. We had damage from a tree limb and Major, our project manager, made sure to be on site when the insurance adjustor was present to make sure all damages were accounted for. The crew turned up on time, worked tirelessly in the extreme Memphis heat, and did a spectacular job with clean up. Our roof looks great, and we are very thankful to Major and the rest of the My Town team for all their hard work and assistance. Highly recommend!

As a new home owner, I want to be as proactive as possible. Initial inspections are great, but I wanted something more in depth so that I'm never being reactive. With the storms that hit this past winter I knew we had some limbs hit pretty hard on our roof. When David came out, he went over my concerns; made a list and began his inspection. He gave me a prognosis of the things I should be looking at immediately & years to come. I've never experienced such a thorough and thoughtful approach that was delivered to me. If I could sum it up, I felt as if my house was being approached as it was a family members home or even his own. I have and will recommend My Town Roofing others & use them for any of my needs. We chose My Town Roofing after our son had a very positive experience with them. David Gross was our project manager. We were very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. Our entire roof was replaced, including some code updates, which we were not even aware of. Crew was excellent, job finished in one day with fantastic clean-up. Looks great !

I had several quotes to replace the original 30 year roof on my house where an insurance claim wasn't involved. David Gross, with My Town Roofing, was the most thorough in terms of explaining the process in detail from the removal of the original roof to the installation of the new roof along with some old skylights that needed to be replaced whereas, the other companies just sent me a Total $ for the roof replacement. My Town was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but David's focus on the process to ensuring my understanding of the process, set My Town apart from the other roofing companies. Once the decision was made to go with David and My Town Roofing, he was in constant communication with each step leading up the installation and even had videos detailing what to expect. David was also on site everyday until the job was complete. If you need a new roof or any type of roof repair, I would highly recommend David Gross and My Town Roofing!

David Gross is our go to roofing contact. He has done work for us over the past two years and has always outperformed our expectations. He is responsive, prompt and always takes time to talk to us and get to know our situation. Finding a roofing guy who genuinely cares is hard to find and his expertise, backed up by his service team always keeps us taken care of. On one instance, we had a leak that another roofing company was not able to fix as it kept coming back and leaking into our kitchen ceiling. David came out and brought several other people from his team, and when it wasn't remedied the first time, he dropped everything he was doing that next week and came out immediately to provide a final fix on the roof.
