He is phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the human body. I would recommend him a hundred times over for any and all people with physical disabilities and issues. Also, anyone that just wants to enhance overall health and fitness. Thank you Dr. Carr for getting me back to feeling like I am 21 again. ☺️
