I’ve been a patient at West Poplar Dental for about five years and I have been completely satisfied with the level of service! Anytime I have any issues they get me right in! Dr. Thompson isn’t a dentist that will suggest you need a mouthful of dental work unless you really need it! They don’t nickel and dime you for everything! Great staff and great service!!!

We love the entire staff. We included my wife and 15 year old son. Everyone from Reception/Billing, Hygienists/Assistants, and of course Dr. Thompson, have been great for us. Jennifer/Shelley are so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable in the front of the house making it a breeze to get scheduled and then we just show up and the back of the house does the rest. They are really good about getting you in on time and getting you out the door quickly. They’ve become our family dentist and we are very happy with our choice.

My experience with West Poplar Dental has been positive over the past 20 years. I feel like I've grown old with the staff. Shelly sets the office tone and is always kind, caring and knowledgeable. The best dental hygienist, Amy, is onboard and encourages when things aren't really dandy. Last but not least...Dr. Thompson, he knows everything about teeth.....honestly. I wish that I had listened to him when I didn't. Yes, not being true to your teeth will make them false you.

I had a dental Emergency. I chipped one of my teeth. I checked the internet and called several dental offices until I found one that could see me and accept my insurance. West Poplar Dental was it. I just love the warm reception and courteousness of Everyone. I was seen very quickly and Dr Thompson took care of my issue with my teeth. I could go on and on about their hospitality.
