I don't usually leave reviews but Dr. Elizabeth was awesome. My visit with her was the first time I've ever felt heard!! Not saying other physician haven't tried to help in their own way...I just feel like some along the line the caring part has been lost in the healthcare field. You know it's hard to help someone when ur really not listening and I did not feel rushed I feel like she was really trying to get an understanding of how I feel and what's going on so she can help me. It may not sound like much but I've had severe migraines since age 5, problems with my back and several surgeries where I tried to get help from several doctors but I wasn't being heard until surgery was my only option...There's a lot I can say about what made this visit a great experience for me but I'm more of a spoken word person..!! But believe me when I say if I could make her my PCP I would do it in a heartbeat!!!! She is awesome!

My first time visiting Memphis Neurology was a couple of weeks ago, and my overall experience was great. They could use another person at the front desk on Mondays, in my opinion, to assist with the new patients. Dr. Natarajan listened to my concerns and scheduled the appropriate exam for my symptoms. Lastly, if you are not tech-savvy, bring a family member to assist with inputting your medical history. Everything is electronic, so I would suggest filling everything out ahead of your visit.

Coming from an RN, I saw Dr Natarajan for the first time this week. I was previously being seen by someone else and wasn’t happy with my care. I have to say he is hands down the best! He is thorough, patient, educational, concerned and very intelligent. He did not rush me and listened to all my needs/concerns. I left with a plan I was more than satisfied with. He also gave me an opportunity to ask questions at the end. I can’t say enough great things about him and the care that he provided. I would strongly recommend.

if your looking for a Dr. with a STAFF … that’s into caring for YOU ! Listening to YOU! Having compassion for YOU . without handing you a bunch of pills to swallow and patting you on the back out the door!! . Dr. SHIVA is your dr. !! you found it in him . he don’t take long but he is concern, along with the medical side of what he went to school for … A real jewel ! that’s why it takes a minute to even get an appointment but, when you do …. he is a sigh of relief !
