This preschool has become like family to us! We have a special needs son who has enjoyed and adapted nicely. The teachers are always prepared, great with communication, and so helpful! Our 7 year old has enjoyed going there as well! Safe & Clean Environment!! Highly Recommend!!

We have been at this school for 8 years!! Having kids four years apart means we are in daycare for the long haul. However, this school is more than just a daycare. It is a school with a curriculum and a family! My son has had many of the same teachers my daughter had. The turnover is not as high as many other schools. The teachers are kind and caring and the administration is amazing!

The house I've rented for over three years was sold by the owner and Trek took over management of the property about three months ago. The heating is connected to the house, a couple of floor furnaces, which one went out last month, I was instructed to put in a maintenance request for it which took two weeks for them to respond to. After they delayed coming out when the guy came to relight the pilot and was prompt about it, he also left the cover off where the flame can be seen, inside the bottom of the heater itself instead of reattaching it. April from the office later sent a text to let me know I owed 110 dollars for him coming out to light the pilot. I asked for clarification and a receipt since that was an unexpected expense. Got no response. I had another issue arise and a gentleman from the office contacted me and heard my concerns and anxiety about the past situation, which I really appreciate. I thanked him for taking the time and willing to listen. I am hopeful they continue to reach out and listen to their tenants in such a manner and continue to make improvements within the community they service.

Our daughter has attended Primrose Prosper since it opened in 2011. The love and care given to her, by the staff and teachers, is priceless. We know she is well cared for every day.
