As of this review I am in the process of selling my house. The buyer requested several electrical outlets be updated to GFCI outlets. I looked on Google for local electricians and saw that Otto Electric had good reviews. I called them and a few other companies for quotes. Otto Electric came back with the best quote. Not only was their pricing reasonable, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Rhonda in the office was great to work with and Chris, the electrician, did a great job as well. Otto Electric will be my first call electrical service in the future.
I was so excited to see a young man from Memphis doing something positive and professional i highly recommend him I called and within the next hour he was there and the price was niceeee
Travis and Darren from Otto Electric replaced two bathroom light fixtures and a fan. They were timely, professional, and offered to replace other light bulbs out in our hallway. They cleaned up after they were finished and removed all the debris. I would highly recommend. They were fairly priced for their services as well.
Scottie and his team at Otto are responsive, professional, and do great work. Used this company for 2 repairs within the last 6 months. Their customer service is A+ , the owner, Scottie is very fair, keeps promises, and a joy to work with. Thank you Otto for making repairs stress free and providing great service.
