(March 16, 2021, 9:07 am)I ordered 4 boxes of flooring to see how I liked it with intention to buy enough to do my kitchen. I ordered thru prime. The condition the flooring turned up in was unacceptable as well as unusable and partially missing. It was good good quality but had been obviously put thru alot in shipping. Banyan replied to my email immediately and asked for pictures, I do not think any of the pictures I sent went thru but they still refunded all my money spent and didn't even ask to have me send it back. This site is legit and though it was too late for me to have new products sent (which they offered) I will definitely be using them for further house renovation 100%recommend!
