Thank you for replacing my battery. I purchased a 5 year battery in 2020, my vehicle had stop at the gas station. I drove it to Advance Auto Parts. I ask them to check my battery, it was bad. They gave me a new one. Thank you!

A really good local auto parts store despite being a national company they are exemplary. I know how to change my battery but I did lack the ability to test my battery though I suspected it may be faulting. Claudia helped me with the device they have to test a battery. My suspicion was correct and the battery is faulty. The battery I needed to replace was in stock and has higher ratings than I had in before. They also install batteries. Now admittedly I did help because I had other accessories connected to the positive side with a non OEM stud but Claudia was well able to do the job and I appreciate it that she was willing and able.

Omg the gentleman that helped me there was awesome. He got the right windshield wiper and didn't try to make me feel pressured into buying two as I just bought the passenger side about a week ago. He then offered to put the wiper on in the middle of a horrible storm there was ⚡ everywhere. I hope you get the proper accolades that you deserve sir. Your are awesome at your job and so kind and courteous. Thank you !
