(January 23, 2022, 4:36 pm)I am preparing for a move so I was researching local storage units that may sell boxes. I called while I was in route and I spoke to Rachel to confirm that they did sell boxes in the size that I needed. Rachel was great! Even greeted me outside the building as I arrived, talk about great customer service! They did have plenty of the size that I needed. Rachel was friendly, personable and professional. I would definitely recommend Life Storage for any moving needs.

(October 25, 2021, 9:11 pm)I was already a customer with a 10x10 unit but needed to upgrade to a 10x15 to accommodate more items. Associate Store Manager Rachel Nowlin was amazing. She asked important questions about what I needed to store, and found the best unit for my upgrade. She even considered how close the new unit was to my existing unit so that my move was as easy as possible. 10/10 would ask for Rachel by name!

Ronnie Owens, the facility manager @ this Stockard Rd. Life Storage location is the epitome of good management personell, and his professionalism in his job far exceeds what I ever expected in a storage facility, let alone management.
So if you're looking to rent a storage unit in the Frisco, Texas area do not pass up the opportunity to check out this place I have no doubt that they will take good care of you!
